3rd Annual CORNHOLE Tournament

Two person double elimination one match tournament with the Championship team
winning $100.00 in cash and the runner up team will receive $50.00
Entry Fee: $10.00 per team with proceeds to benefit United Way of Ashland County.
Maximum number of teams will be 32 and to insure a bracket slot
pre-registration is encouraged by calling The United Way Office at 419-281-5551.
Report to Ashland Fairgrounds at 9:30am for bracket drawing and registration.
Tourney will begin at 10:00am and conclude with the two team championship round.

Community Sports Challenge
This unique and fun event is part of the United Way “Ring-in-Spring”
Family Community Day. Participating teams can be from businesses
social or civic organizations, agencies, schools, churches, local/county
government, in other words, just about any group that wants to enter a team!
CORPORATE DIVISION REQUIREMENTS:
Eligibility requirements for a team
All contestants must be at least 18 years old
Each team must consist of 4 members and at least one woman per team
Pay $50.00 entry fee per team (Checks payable to United Way of Ashland County)
YOUTH DIVISION
Community Sports Challenge
This unique and fun event is part of the United Way “Ring-in-Spring”
Family Community Day. Participating teams can be from, social or
civic organizations, schools, churches, in other words, just about any
group that wants to enter a team!
YOUTH DIVISION REQUIREMENTS:
Eligibility requirements for a team
Each team must consist of 4 members
Each team must represent an age category (3rd & 4th grades;
5th & 6th grades; 7th & 8th grades ; High School)
Pay a $40.00 entry fee per team which represents $10.00 per person
(Checks made payable to United Way of Ashland County)
Entry Forms must be submitted by Friday, April 16, 2010
