Anyone that is 55 years or older should sign up for the new RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer program) now available in Ashland County. This program is sponsored locally by the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging. RSVP recruits and supports volunteers in public agencies, secular or faith-based private non-profit organizations and/or proprietary health care organizations. For more information contact Director Kathi Cutlip at 419-522-5612 or stop by the United Way office for packet information. By signing up to volunteer RSVP can provide supplemental insurance (life, liability and auto) at no cost to the volunteers.

This is a FREE program. ANYONE can use it. You don't have to apply,
qualify or wait for a card to come in the mail.
You can use it anytime you need it. And it is valid for your whole family.

For people with no insurance, or for medicine not covered by insurance, Medicaid or Medicare
No enrollment, activation of fee
Additional cards available at United Way (132 W. Main St.) or any Partner Agency
No age or income restrictions
Cards are accepted in Ashland County at Buehler's, CVS, Drug Mart, Wal-Mart and Danner's Drugs in Loudonville

Present this card and prescription to a participating pharmacy. You pay either the discounted price with the card or the pharmacy's retail price, which ever is lower. Use as often as needed.
